All tickets purchased over the phone or on our website are non-refundable 24 hours after the purchase as Eastern Standard Time (Except few Airlines likes of Spirit Airlines, Frontier, Sun Country, Southwest etc). Once purchased, tickets for such carriers are non-refundable.
